Our core question was:How can we achieve higher levels of collaboration?In these times of urgency and constant deadlines, where an increasing number of people feel compelled to collaborate in the creation of a more promising future, we intuit a learning space that brings a mix of severity and celebration.

Through conversation and dialogue-based methodologies we recognised how we become distress with some of these patterns, and practiced ways to transform these challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.
The learning context for this second edition was born from observations of the current challenges and levels of collaboration, and also brought the possibility of some additional personal work we may have to put hands-on to reach higher levels of collaboration.
We used different burning-questions during our learning journey to introduced the philosophy and principles of Art of Hosting and carry out the learning and practice of participatory leadership:

The team of hosts and facilitators is made up of experienced practitioners, international guardians, who guarantee the deep practice, its quality and integrity with the global network, and apprentice-practitioners, who after the first training continue their learning journey , to deepen and expand the practice.
As an open network of collaboration and learning that it is, the Art of Hosting Community has no formal, legal structure, no appointed leader, no accreditation program and no controlling body. It is based on a practitioner network, with local communities of practice spread all around the world.
