WHAT IF CONVERSATION
COULD LEAD US TO LIVING
AND WORKING BETTER
TOGETHER?
3,5 days of intensive training to explore, learn and practice the art of creating and leading truly collaborative environmentsDemands on modern life require individuals and companies alike to deliver "stuff" faster and faster, whilst dealing with insane agendas, conflicting priorities, increased complexity and an unprecedented pace of change.

Deepen connection for more and better collaboration
Nevertheless, age-old challenges keep coming back ... like an old sea monster haunting rearing its head along the shores: communication gaps; misunderstandings; long and fruitless meetings, where only a few take the floor to contribute; built-in-stone silos, from where shooting at each other is easier than cooperating;
|
Should these issues meet with an echo in your heart, you are warmly invited to join this intensive learning experience where we will explore ways of inviting and hosting conversations, through engaging tools, designed to activate the collective wisdom, foster collaboration and inclusiveness and promote the self-organising capacity of a group, team or organization.
Art of Hosting covers a set of practices and tools - Appreciative Inquiry, Circle, Open Space, World Café, to mention just a few - that have proved successful in administrations, communities, companies, families and NGOs.
You will learn how to create spaces for people to discuss issues that matter to them. You will learn how to host meaningful conversations that will unleash wiser collective action.
This training is based on group work. It is highly experiential and no previous knowledge is needed.The training is especially relevant to project and/or team managers, project and/or team leaders and all those seeking to work more effectively as a group or team, independently from your activity area or business.Together we will:
